Dear Parent(s) or Guardian(s) of the Graduating Seniors from the Class of 2025:
Congratulations! Your student is entering into their senior year! They have weathered so much stress, irregularity, and hardship throughout their high school career and we at The Hawk yearbook want to help you celebrate them and their accomplishments with a senior ad.
PURCHASING AN AD IS SIMPLE AND YOU HAVE OPTIONS:
OPTION 1:
- Return this Senior Ad Form, with any typed text, photos and a cash payment to the address at the end of this letter, or you can simply drop it with the receptionist at the main office.
- You may also return this form and then email photos to kathryn.stribling@aps.edu OPTION 2:
- Visit yearbookordercenter.com and search by code 12833 or by school name
- Click on the tab -Yearbook Ads and then -Buy A Yearbook Ad
- Select size and then you can either create your ad yourself on this website, or it will alert our yearbook staff of your purchase and we will reach out to you in order to design your ad. - If you decide to create your own ad you may choose to have any professionally made ads used in the space, please just ensure there are good photo quality and subject to the criteria below:
AD CRITERIA
- Be sure the document size matches the ad dimensions you have purchased
- Scan all photos at 300 ppi/dpi… anything else will not be accepted
- Document must be saved at 300 ppi/dpi
- Your file must be saved as a “TIFF” or “JPEG” extension. Do not send PNG files - No copyrighted material
- Do not use Microsoft Office software to make the file
- Please do not use any scrap-booking software to produce the ad
- Email photos or bring them on a flash drive for scanning purposes
Please note: this is a learning environment and our yearbook and ads are created by students. This is a student publication and errors do occur, but is our mission to produce the finest product possible. With this in mind we strongly suggest that you carefully preview the ad and respond with your edits or approval.
We reserve the right to not publish anything that we feel is inappropriate for a high school yearbook. You will be notified if there are any concerns.
